1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and acd444 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the acd444 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and any other services offered under the acd444 brand at https://acd444.net and any sub-domains thereof.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

acd444 takes its age verification obligations seriously. At any point during the registration process or thereafter, acd444 may request that you provide documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory age verification has been completed, acd444 may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on your account. 2.2 Underage Access

If acd444 has reason to believe that a registered account holder may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 3 Account Registration & Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acd444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The player's account activity is suspected of being connected with fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• acd444 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• acd444 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to operate the account represents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of its games and markets.

Where an account is closed by acd444 for reasons attributable to the player's conduct in breach of these Terms, acd444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in the account, subject to applicable law, pending the outcome of any investigation. Players who disagree with an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with full details of their case.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An acd444 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. acd444 will notify the registered email address before applying dormancy status. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 or the full remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing identity verification if required.
